This report (full title Influence of Media on Civic and Electoral Behaviour) was published in 2004 as part of CNA’s first Phare project.

It is of particular relevance now, in the election year of 2008, as it can be compared with the more recent study of the same issues (see above).

The report also includes some interesting questions such as “What would you do with a billion lei?” and “How much influence do you have on government decisions”.
